The Nook

The Nook is a spacious, newly built bungalow situated within the centre of Newquay. It contains one bedroom, an en-suite bathroom, and an open-concept kitchen and living room.

The Nook's interior is stylish throughout and benefits from sizable remote-controlled skylights in every room, which benefit from the modern design throughout and provide natural light during the day. This location is ideal for exploring North Cornwall or farther afield, then relaxing in warm surroundings at the end of the day. It is stylish, at a wonderful position, has enough storage, and has all the modern facilities.

  • Smart TVs in the living room and bedroom and free wifi (10MB avg download)

  • Walking distance to many of Newquay's beautiful beaches, bars, and restaurants but also a comfortable space to unwind.

  • Free parking is available upon request from 1st June but is just over a ten-minute walk. This is intended as a guaranteed space during the busiest months, you may be able to get parked outside the property on the street but this cannot be guaranteed, especially in the summer.

  • Road from Treloggan round about A392 (2.5 miles)

  • When using Sat Nav input the postcode TR7 1BQ.

  • Follow A30 to A39 towards Newquay (St columb & Quintrell Downs), follow towards A392.

  • At Treloggan roundabout, take the third exit, you will then see Morrisons on your left hand side. 

  • At the roundabout, take the 1st exit onto Edgcumbe Ave/A3058, you will see a school on your left hand side. 

  • At the double roundabout go straight over onto Trenance Rd, you will go over a zebra crossing.

  • At the traffic lights turn left onto Mount Wise.

  • Then take the first right onto Jenkins Crescent.

  • Destination will be on the left

  • Look out for two shops on the left hand side (Beauty Boutique & Luxon and Co). The Nook is accessed via a small alleyway immediately to the left of Luxon and Co. Head down the alley, through the gate, down a few steps and The Nook is the second bungalow.

  • Try and park on the right hand side where there are two short stay parking spaces or on the left hand side on the pavement, for unloading. 

  • In the quieter months you may be able to park on one of the streets nearby, if not council run car parks are free between Nov - Mar. We recommend Mount Wise car park as it is only a 5 minute walk away. 

  • The Lock box is to the right of the front door.
